01
Who this policy applies to
This Privacy Policy applies to people who visit hyvelabs.tech, contact HYVE Labs, subscribe to content, engage with HYVE Labs on social platforms, or work with HYVE Labs as a prospect, client, supplier, or partner.
It also applies when HYVE Labs designs, builds, deploys, or operates software, AI workflows, cloud systems, analytics setups, or marketing automations that involve personal or business data. In some client engagements, HYVE Labs acts as a service provider or processor under the client's instructions. In those cases, the client’s own privacy terms may also apply.
02
What we collect
We may collect and store:
- Contact and lead data, such as your name, email address, company, role, phone number, and the contents of messages or briefs you send us.
- Website and device data, such as IP address, browser type, referral source, pages viewed, events triggered, and approximate location derived from technical signals.
- Project and account data, such as user stories, technical requirements, infrastructure details, credentials shared through approved channels, workflow maps, reporting data, or operational logs needed to deliver work.
- Communication and social data, such as replies, mentions, comments, engagement data, and public interactions with HYVE Labs across LinkedIn, X, and other channels we manage.
- Billing, vendor, or contracting data, when needed to scope, contract, invoice, or support a commercial relationship.
03
How we use information
HYVE Labs uses information to:
- answer inquiries, scope work, and communicate with prospects or clients;
- deliver consulting, engineering, AI automation, cloud, data, software, SEO, analytics, and marketing services;
- host, maintain, secure, monitor, debug, and improve systems we build or operate;
- publish and measure content, campaigns, and social-media activity for HYVE Labs or authorized client accounts;
- track performance, detect abuse, investigate errors, and maintain business records;
- comply with contractual, legal, accounting, and security obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer data to train general-purpose models unless that is expressly agreed in writing.
04
How information is processed and shared
HYVE Labs may use infrastructure, analytics, messaging, storage, advertising, or software providers to operate the business. Depending on the service involved, this can include cloud hosting providers, analytics tools, email delivery providers, CRM systems, social networks, payment processors, and project management or support platforms.
We share data only where it is reasonably necessary to:
- run the website and communication systems;
- deliver contracted work;
- operate campaigns or automations that a client has authorized;
- protect our systems, users, or legal position; or
- comply with a legal request, court order, or regulatory obligation.
Where third parties process data for us, we aim to use vendors with appropriate contractual and security controls.

Cookies and your analytics choice
Optional analytics are off by default. Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose Allow analytics. You can select Essential only instead, or change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer or contact widget. You can still browse, send a project brief, email us or open WhatsApp when you decline analytics.
We use the following browser storage on this website:
- Your privacy choice: the first-party local-storage entry
hyve-cookie-consent-v1 records only your analytics preference, notice version and choice date. We honour it for 180 days, then ask again. This is necessary to remember your choice, not an advertising identifier. If browser storage is blocked, your choice applies only to the current page.
- Optional Google Analytics cookies:
_ga and _ga_* support aggregate visit, page and interaction measurement after opt-in. Our site configuration requests a 180-day cookie lifetime; browser policies may shorten it. Advertising storage, ad personalization and Google signals are disabled in our website tag.
- Optional campaign attribution: after analytics opt-in,
hyve-inquiry-attribution-v1 in session storage retains a sanitized landing path, referring domain and campaign labels for up to 30 minutes in that tab. It contains no project brief or email address. This context may accompany a project inquiry you submit.
- Staff measurement exclusion:
hyve-analytics-opt-out remembers a deliberate internal/test-traffic opt-out. This is separate from a visitor's analytics permission.
Withdrawing analytics consent stops new website analytics events and removes accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies and saved campaign attribution. It does not erase previously processed analytics or messages you already sent. The website's essential hosting, security and contact-delivery operations still process the information needed to provide those services.
Cookies do not tell us your name, email address or phone number. We receive contact details when you choose to provide them. Analytics consent is not consent to marketing emails or WhatsApp broadcasts; no automatic marketing subscription is created.
WhatsApp: the website uses a normal click-to-chat link, not an embedded WhatsApp tracker. Opening it takes you to WhatsApp, where its privacy terms apply. A suggested message is not sent unless you send it yourself. Your chat is delivered to HYVE's published business number, +971 56 769 2184; the website cannot automatically copy a WhatsApp conversation into our email inboxes.
06
Retention, security, and international transfers
We retain information for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including delivery, support, security, accounting, recordkeeping, and dispute management.
HYVE Labs uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no internet-facing system is perfectly secure. Where services, backups, or vendors operate outside your country, your data may be transferred and processed internationally.
If a client shares access credentials or production data with HYVE Labs, we expect those exchanges to happen through approved channels and under the relevant project controls.
07
Your choices and contact details
Depending on your location and relationship with HYVE Labs, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or export of certain personal data, or to object to certain processing.
To make a privacy request or raise a concern, email contact@hyvelabs.tech. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
HYVE Labs may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
