AI Search Share of Voice: How to Measure Visibility in LLM Answers
AI answers are not stable ranked lists. Measure them with a fixed prompt set, repeated engine runs, brand mentions, answer rank and source citations.
HYVE Labs appeared in 7.0% of 356 tracked AI answers—but in none of 322 unbranded runs. Here is the prompt-set evidence, what it means, and what it does not prove.
HYVE Labs appeared in 7.0% of 356 tracked AI answers, but in none of the 322 unbranded runs. That is the clearest finding in our September 2026 AI-search baseline.
The result is uncomfortable and useful. Branded questions can retrieve us; category questions such as “best AI consultancies in Dubai” and “best GEO platforms 2026” do not yet place HYVE Labs in the answer set. Google AI Overviews are now present on most of the keywords we track, but cite hyvelabs.tech on only a small fraction of them.
This report publishes the underlying scope, the current gaps and the limits of the measurement. It is a benchmark of one defined Search Genie prompt and keyword set—not a claim about the entire UAE market.
The baseline was exported from Search Genie on 1 September 2026. It combines three related but distinct evidence sources:
Each LLM run records whether the answer mentions the tracked brand and which competitors appear. Google AI Overview monitoring records whether an overview is present and whether hyvelabs.tech is cited. Search Console data supplies real query impressions and average position.
The tracked set is deliberately buyer-led, but it is still a sample. Models can vary answers by timing, model version, location, wording and retrieval conditions. Mention counts should be interpreted as repeatable directional evidence inside this cohort—not as universal market share.
| Measure | September 2026 baseline | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Completed LLM runs | 356 | Answers successfully collected from the tracked engines |
| Overall HYVE Labs mention rate | 7.0% | HYVE Labs appeared when branded prompts were included |
| Unbranded runs | 322 | Runs where the question did not name HYVE Labs |
| HYVE Labs mentions in unbranded runs | 0 | No category-level discovery in this measured cohort yet |
| Keywords triggering a Google AI Overview | 24 of 28 | AI-generated search results are already normal in the target set |
| AI Overviews citing hyvelabs.tech | 3 of 24 | The site is eligible to be cited, but coverage remains narrow |
The important distinction is between retrieval when known and discovery when not named. The first is beginning to work. The second is not.
Across the same prompt set, the most frequently mentioned organizations were:
| Organization | Mentions in the tracked answers |
|---|---|
| Accenture | 87 |
| Deloitte | 59 |
| PwC | 56 |
| IBM | 45 |
| McKinsey | 41 |
| G42 | 33 |
| Semrush | 24 on the AI-SEO-tool prompts |
On 1 September, Accenture reached a 26.09% share of voice in the UAE slice of this tracked set. Again, that percentage describes this defined prompt cohort. It does not mean Accenture owns 26.09% of the UAE AI consulting market.
The pattern makes sense: large consultancies have dense entity signals, longstanding profiles and widespread third-party citations. Semrush is already well represented on AI-SEO-tool questions and publishes at a much higher content velocity than HYVE Labs.
For teams evaluating that category, we have published a disclosed, criteria-led Search Genie vs Semrush comparison. It explains where Semrush is stronger, where Search Genie is more focused and when the two products can work together.
Twenty-four of 28 tracked keywords triggered a Google AI Overview. That means the old assumption—rank in ten blue links and consider the job complete—is not sufficient for this query set.
HYVE Labs was cited in three of those 24 overviews. The signal is mixed:
The citation patterns also show why ordinary company homepages are rarely enough. Google often grounds “best X in Dubai” answers in professional profiles, lists, video, directories and comparison-shaped content. Onsite technical clarity matters, but it has to be paired with evidence and credible external references.
The connected Search Console window covered approximately three weeks. Branded discovery was working: “hyve labs” averaged position 3.7.
Non-branded visibility was nearly absent. Only two non-branded queries registered:
That makes Real Estate Bot Dubai the nearest evidence-backed organic opportunity. The product page already has visibility, so the sensible move is to strengthen the existing URL, preserve its core topic, add useful answers and connect it to related real-estate automation guidance. Creating several new pages aimed at the same query would split the signal.
The baseline translates into five concrete actions.
Product names such as Social Bee can collide with unrelated brands. Canonical product pages need the full name “Social Bee by HYVE Labs,” a clear relationship to the HYVE Labs organization entity and a link to the actual application. Company profiles, product pages and structured data must describe the same entities.
Buyer prompts often ask for alternatives, comparisons and evaluation criteria. A useful comparison should disclose who wrote it, represent competitors accurately, cite primary sources, state limitations and help the reader decide. Publishing ten shallow “best tool” pages would create volume without trust.
This benchmark is more defensible than another generic definition of GEO because the prompt count, run count, visibility rate and limitations are explicit. Future updates should preserve the dated baseline so changes can be audited.
The Real Estate Bot page now carries both the ranked “real estate bot Dubai” topic and the adjacent “real estate automation Dubai” language. Internal links should point to that canonical page with descriptive anchor text.
LinkedIn, video and reputable regional directories repeatedly appear in the monitored results. HYVE Labs should maintain complete company and founder profiles and pursue legitimate expert contributions and category listings. Structured data cannot substitute for external corroboration.
This study does not prove that one page change causes an LLM mention. It does not measure every prompt, every model configuration or every buyer. It does not equate a mention with positive sentiment, a citation with a click, or a click with a qualified opportunity.
It also does not justify automated content volume. Search systems reward information that helps people make a decision. Draft automation can help gather evidence, check links and maintain a content calendar; subject-matter review must remain the publication gate.
The measurement chain should remain explicit:
Search Genie rotates the full prompt set across engines approximately every two days and checks the Google AI Overview keyword set continuously. The targets for the end of September are directional operating goals, not guarantees:
Each movement must be reviewed against the same prompt cohort, the same keyword definition and the relevant landing page. If the measurement set changes, the baseline should say so.
HYVE Labs does not have a crawling-foundation problem. It has a category evidence and distribution problem. The site can be found when the brand is named, but it has not yet earned consistent inclusion when buyers ask the unbranded questions that matter.
The next phase is therefore not “publish more” in the abstract. It is to clarify entities, reinforce the real-estate URL already showing demand, publish useful comparison and research shapes, earn credible off-site references, and measure whether those specific changes alter discovery.

It is the percentage of completed answers in this defined Search Genie prompt set that mentioned a brand. It is not total market share, revenue share, or visibility across every possible user question.
The tracked runs covered ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. A separate keyword set monitored citations in Google AI Overviews.
No. A mention or citation is a visibility signal. It must be evaluated alongside referred sessions, organic demand, qualified actions and commercial outcomes.
Search Genie rotates through the tracked engines approximately every two days and monitors the Google AI Overview keyword set continuously. Material changes should be compared against the dated baseline rather than silently rewriting it.
